AMA offers several levels of membership - depending on what's right for you:

Available Memberships and Dues:

Professional Membership
Professional membership is for practitioners in the marketing industry. Dues are $275 (includes national ($215) + local ($60) dues) for the first year, and $235 (includes national ($185) + local ($60) dues) at renewal. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News, one additional publication of your choice, and membership in a Special Interest Group of your choice.

Academic Membership
Academic membership is for marketing educators. Dues are $275 (includes national ($215) + local ($60) dues) for the first year, and $245 (includes national ($185) + local ($60) dues) at renewal. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News, one additional publication of your choice, and membership in a Special Interest Group of your choice.

Collegiate Membership
Collegiate membership is for full-time students only, who are not employed full-time. Annual dues are $62 (includes national ($42) + local ($20) dues), which includes a subscription to Marketing News (8 issues per year).

Bridge Membership
Bridge membership is for AMA Collegiate Members only. After graduation, Collegiate Members may join as a Bridge Member at a reduced annual dues rate of $135 (includes national ($75) + local ($60) dues) per year for up to 3 years. Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News.

Doctoral Student Membership
Doctoral Student Membership is for Doctoral Students. Annual dues are $165 (includes national ($95) + local ($65) dues). Membership includes a subscription to Marketing News, one additional AMA publication of your choice, and membership in the Doctoral Student SIG.

Please note that membership applications are processed through AMA National every two weeks, and from experience, it takes upwards of two to three weeks to completely process the information and provide the new members to AMA Atlanta.
